Job Description Job Description Find Your Passion and Purpose as a Home Health Physical Therapist Bonus: $15,000 Salary: $110,000 to $120,000 Coverage Area: Longview, TX and surrounding Shift: M-F 8 to 5 This position is paid on a per-point basis.
