Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber (Residential & Commercial Service) – San Angelo Area, TX
Full-Time | Hiring Immediately | Take-Home Company Truck + Monthly Commissions
About Earl's Plumbing, Heating and AirAt Earl's Plumbing, Heating and Air, we're expanding our service team in the San Angelo area and looking for experienced Journeyman and Tradesman Plumbers to join us. - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Install pipes, fixtures, water heaters, toilets, sinks, and related plumbing equipment
- Assemble fittings and valves; cut, thread, and modify piping as needed
- Perform leak detection, system testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Inspect plumbing systems and replace worn or defective components
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete service reports, work orders, and related documentation accurately
- Current Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber license preferred
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of clean driving history
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Residential and/or commercial plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing demanding field work
- Leak detection experience is a plus
