What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of post-residency experience in anesthesiology
• Valid Idaho license or ability to obtain an Idaho medical license, along with IMLC eligibility
• DEA registration and active CSR certification
• Proficiency in performing own cases and working within supervising or team-based care models
• Comfort with regional anesthesia techniques
• Experience with OB anesthesia; no cardiac, transplants, or complex pediatric cases required
• Ability to commit to coverage of at least two full weeks per month, with preference for full-time availability

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in Level II Trauma or community hospital settings
• Ability to adapt to diverse shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and call coverage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completed residency in anesthesiology
• At least one year of post-residency practice

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support coverage at both Boise and Nampa locations as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, community-based hospital environment
• Capable of handling regional anesthesia and supporting OB cases
