MMC Group is currently seeking a Provider Network Call Center Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. This position provides professional, timely, and unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients . The representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls and assist callers with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other Medicaid/program-related questions .

• Pay: $20.00hr
• Training Schedule: Mon-Fri- 8am-530pm

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 6 months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months is required.
• Must be a local candidate in the Austin, TX area .
• Must be willing and able to work onsite/in office .
• Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM .
• Must understand that schedule change requests cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional telephone skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional and unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients .
• Respond to inbound questions regarding:
• • Medicaid eligibility
  • Medical claims status
  • Program-related questions
  • General account and service inquiries
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM .
