Accounts Receivable & Trade Deductions Analyst PANOS Brands – Rochelle Park, NJ (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office) PANOS Brands is a growing CPG company with a portfolio of better-for-you food brands, and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Trade Deductions Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Accounts Receivable foundation who is looking to grow their skills in trade deductions, analytics, and cross-functional business support. What You’ll Do Post and apply cash receipts and support AR operations Manage and resolve customer trade deductions Analyze deductions, identify trends, and root causes Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies Support month-end close and reconciliations Assist with process improvements and special projects What We’re Looking For 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience (CPG a plus) Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) Understanding of debits & credits Experience with trade deductions and customer portals Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Why This Role This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand from traditional AR into trade deductions and customer analytics, gain exposure to cross-functional teams, and grow within a collaborative CPG environment.
