Must be local or planning to relocate*ResponsibilitiesPrioritizing comfort while assisting residents in achieving their highest level of functionAssisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)Monitoring vital signs to include temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressureMaintaining a safe environment and assisting with fall-risk precautionsInterdepartmental communications within care teamQualificationsMust be a certified nursing assistant in good standing with the state and maintain certification throughout employment with AvalonMeet state and federal requirements, generally 12 hours, in service educationMust have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English.Recent education or clinical hours are required.You need to be at least 18 years old.Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiryAvalon Health Care Group is an equal opportunity employer.
