• Pediatric-trained CRNA opportunity available for ENT and outpatient ASC

Assignment Details
• Start: ASAP, ongoing
• Coverage type: Primarily scheduled cases (call optional but valued)
• Setting: 15 ORs at Level 2 trauma facility, 4 endo suites, plus ambulatory surgery locations
• Volume: 4-5 patients/shift
• Care model: Supervised practice
• Cases performed: complete ortho, complex vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, thoracic (NO cardiac)
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 days
• Nearest airport: Duluth (DLH); MSP 2 hours
Clinical Details
• CRNA coverage - supervised practice model
• Required scope: general anesthesia (adult), obstetric cases, neurosurgical (head and spine), thoracic (except open heart), complex vascular (except open heart), complex orthopedic, pain management techniques, ventilation management, acute volume/BP management, arterial line placement
• Preferred scope: pediatric general anesthesia, trauma general anesthesia
• Not required: neonatal, spinal/epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia surgery, open heart, post-op blocks, epidural steroids, transforaminal, x-ray guidance, central line, PA catheter, CRNA supervision
Requirements
• CRNA, NBCRNA certified
• License: any state accepted (MN obtained during credentialing) or IMLC
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
