About The Role The Social Media Manager owns the organic and paid social channels end-to-end, translating brand voice into thumb-stopping content that drives engagement and community growth. The role partners closely with design, content, and demand-generation teams to plan, execute, and measure multi-platform social strategies across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities Plan, write, and execute the global social media content calendar across professional and consumer platforms Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and manage real-time brand reputation Analyze social performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native analytics, reporting on reach, engagement, and traffic Collaborate with the design team to produce high-impact visual assets, short-form video, and carousels Run paid social amplification campaigns to support product launches, webinars, and key brand moments Conduct social listening and competitive analysis to surface emerging trends and cultural moments for the brand What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of professional social media management experience in a fast-paced B2B or B2C tech environment Deep familiarity with social management platforms, analytics tools, and paid social campaign managers Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences Portfolio demonstrating successful organic growth campaigns and high-performing creative assets Bonus: Experience editing short-form video content using Premiere Pro or CapCut #J-18808-Ljbffr
