Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Willow Haven Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community. Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs. Weekend Warrior program you work 24hrs and get paid for 32hours. The schedule for this opportunity is every Friday/Saturday 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am). Interested in learning more apply today! Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio. Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
