The Battalion Chief plays a critical leadership role overseeing a small team of 5-10 members across multiple fire stations. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing operational budgets effectively. Frequent travel between stations is expected to maintain strong leadership presence and operational oversight.

• Oversee a team of 5-10 fire service personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Coordinate and travel frequently between multiple stations
• Implement strategic initiatives aligned with departmental goals

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire service leadership
• Leadership training or relevant coursework
