Our Physical Therapists conduct in-home visits for our clients. The PT visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1-2 hours per visit. Independently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients. One-on-one patient relationships and from the satisfaction of enhancing clients' health, quality of life and peace of mind. Ideal Candidates Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Practice physical therapy with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures Qualifications Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
