Senior Pharmacy Technician - Health Information Management

Description The Pharmacy Billing Specialist is responsible to proactively audit, monitor, and analyze complex dispensing and charging information, processes and controls in order to ensure revenue integrity. This position responds to and resolves pharmacy billing issues and facilitates charge capture process improvements. Required Qualifications Upon hire: Washington Pharmacy Technician License License in states wherever care is delivered. Upon hire: Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered 3 years of experience in health care or pharmacy billing, collections or medical claims processing. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. 3 years of work experience as a pharmacy technician in specialty setting (e.g. long term care, infusion or specialty pharmacy).
