Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Goodlettsville, TN Average $2,000 per Week - Comprehensive Benefits - Top Earners Can Make Up To $2,500. \n

• Average $2,000 per Week
\n
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.62 per mile (1 - 249 miles) and $0.66 per mile (250+ miles) with 2,000+ miles per week
\n
• Solo Stops Pay: $27.00 per stop with 12 stops per week
\n
• Per Diem Pay: $60.00 per night, 1 - 3 nights per week
\n
• Safety bonus: Pays you $300 - $500 four times a year (every quarter)
\n
• Paid on-site training
\n
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
\n
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
\n

\n
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
\n
• Start Time: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM dispatch
\n
• Deliver solo to: OH, TN, KY, WV, IN, IL, AL & GA 
\n
• Route: Regional, 1 - 3 nights out per week depending on how much you want to run. Home every other night
\n
• Tractor type: Sleepers with APUs / Day cabs
\n
• Trailer type: Reefer 48', 53'
\n
• Equipment: Pallet jack
\n
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
\n
• Freight: Assist with palletized refrigerated goods
\n

\n
• Driver positions are paid weekly
\n
• Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided
\n
• Drivers are the Captain — you make safety decisions, and your job is protected 
\n
• 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year
\n
• 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to specific eligibility criteria, including work tenure)

• Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

• Valid Class A CDL
\n
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
\n
• Minimum 21 years of age
\n
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
\n
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
\n
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
\n
