Customer Care and Sales Advisor

Cable One

Join Cable One (Sparklight) as a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I supporting residential and small business customers with internet, TV, and phone services. You’ll handle inbound calls, answer account and billing questions, process orders, troubleshoot basic service issues, and recommend solutions that fit customer needs. In this people-focused, community-minded role, you’ll build trusted relationships while meeting service and sales goals.
