Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Owatonna, MNShift: 2nd shift, Monday - FridayYour Responsibilities:Supervises facilities, maintenance and electrical technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, building and grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenanceMay supervise tool room employeesCollaborates with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operationsCollaborates with site management to plan equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain effective and safe utilization of plant facilities and equipmentDevelops and oversees preventive maintenance program and coordinates implementation with Production managementProvides technical expertise to ensure equipment meets operational standards and is in conformance with OSHA regulationsMay oversee or coordinate facility communication and/or security systemsCompletes employee performance evaluations and has the ability to address performance related mattersReviews and Closes completed work orders to proper standards in maintenance management softwareResponds to emergencies and supports after hours facility needs and activities as requiredParticipates as a lead of the emergency response team. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
