Works in accordance with written work procedures to produce quality product. Obtain and sustain accountability within your staff and operations.**Key Areas Of Responsibility*** Uphold all safety requirements. Organizes work by reviewing production plan requirements; preparing changeover.* Obtains materials and supplies by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. Meets production requirements by following and enforcing productivity, quality, cost, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems.* Improves quality results by identifying process improvement opportunities; implementing changes. Develops human resources by orienting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees; enforcing human resource policies and procedures.* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
