HVAC Parts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HVAC parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
• Process warranty claims for HVAC products and equipment, working closely with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Assist customers with warranty inquiries, providing clear information about coverage and claims processes.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify and procure necessary parts for repairs and installations.
• Deliver parts to the field and be prepared to assist with installation.
• Maintain accurate records of parts usage, warranty claims, and inventory levels in the company database.
• Monitor industry trends and product updates to ensure compliance with warranty policies and regulations.
• Provide support to the service team in troubleshooting parts-related issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers for effective warranty processing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HVAC or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC parts management or warranty administration.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and warranty processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
