Title Controller Salary $130,000-$160,000 Location Greater Boston, 90% remote Why This Opportunity Stands Out Join a rapidly growing international company with a US business targeting approximately 30% year-over-year growth High-impact leadership role with direct visibility to executive leadership and ownership of the US accounting function Opportunity to drive automation, improve processes, and modernize the finance department Clear long-term growth potential as the US business continues to expand Hybrid flexibility with the opportunity to become primarily remote after onboarding Financial Controller Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations Manage inventory accounting, intercompany transactions, and ensure compliance with US GAAP Partner with executive leadership to provide financial reporting, analysis, and operational support Drive ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements Collaborate with international finance leadership while serving as the primary finance lead for the US business Financial Controller Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting role Hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting within a small or midsize organization Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or a similar ERP preferred Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, an ownership mentality, and a passion for process improvement and automation #J-18808-Ljbffr
