Job Title: Assembler / Truss Builder – 1st Shift Company: Smart Trades Location: Salt Lake City, UT We're seeking Assembler / Truss Builders for a truss manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for assembling wood or metal trusses according to blueprints and production specifications in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Responsibilities Assemble trusses using lumber, plates, and appropriate hand and power tools per shop drawings Measure, cut, and position materials accurately to meet quality and production standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures consistently Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math skills and proficiency using a tape measure Prior experience in construction or manufacturing preferred Compensation: Pay rate: $18 per hour Schedule (listed last): 1st shift, morning schedule Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM #INDSLC #J-18808-Ljbffr
