Insight Global is seeking experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team on a major industrial and government project in New Mexico for a 6 month contract to hire. This role involves responsibilities for electrical phases of project work and troubleshooting across complex systems. Candidates must have a solid understanding of mechanical systems. The position requires adaptability to changing tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. Travel and extended on-site work may be required to meet project milestones.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years of electrical experience with proven industrial or heavy commercial work experience

· Active Journeyman license

· Proven experience with installing conduit cable trays (PVC coated, galvanized, 3-inch conduit), pulling cable and terminating connections, switchgear installations, duct bank setup (2-inch) and setting manholes (1,400–1,500 ft runs)

· Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills

• Reliable means of transportation, and ability to work Mon-Thurs

Compensation:

$30/hr to $33/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
