Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high-quality and efficient cleaning

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and training to housekeeping staff

• Identify and address any issues or concerns related to the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations, including inventory and supplies

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, healthcare, or a related field preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
