Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients' progress. Coordinate treatment plans. Provide patient education and treatment tracking. Serve as a reliable source of comfort and support for patients and their families. Attend to many details while working under pressure. Implement best practice treatment protocols in various settings. Stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop as required; lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs when needed. Be aware of hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases. Qualifications BLS certification. Chemotherapy (CHEMO) certification, at least 1 year of experience. 1–2 years recent acute care experience. RN license. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, stoop; lift 20–50 lbs. Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
