Job Description Job Description Full time Maintenance Mechanic Needed: Willow Crest and Parkview Apts. in Whitehall, Pa. is currently looking to hire another knowledgeable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. Our community- oriented, family run apartment complex offers competitive pay, with company paid disability insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance cost along with paid PTO and vacation time. Apartment maintenance experience required.Scheduled work hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. However, to provide the best possible service to our residents, you will be included in a 24 - hour emergency maintenance on call rotation. Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well a pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
