In return, we want you to be hands-on, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities May Include:Follow repair guidelines to execute the full repair of all components of a pallet including but not limited to removal and replacement of defective boards.Strive to meet daily production targets.Drag/pull pallets frequently – approximately 75lbs.Utilize nail gun frequently- approximately 35lbs.Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction.Ensure adherence to repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the process.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment dailyReport any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.CHEP is a global leader in managing approximately 300 million pallets, crates and containers safely and efficiently.
