Manage sales administration tasks using systems to track leads, follow-ups, policy renewals, and client communications efficiently. Build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs. Active insurance license in the state of Illinois Bilingual Spanish & English capabilities are highly desired to serve diverse client bases effectively Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent customer service abilities. Familiarity with insurance products for life, property, and casualty insurance policies. Client retention.
