About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Fintech Co-Founder to join their dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of building and scaling a startup in the Fintech sector. As a CMO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on marketing and sales. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with experienced founders, including the option of a salary during the startup phase or a significant funding package. Applicants for this role should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be prepared to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly in the Fintech industry, and possess excellent communication skills in English. The role involves an extensive personal development journey, including a customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. The CMO and Co-Founder will also receive support in team building, product iteration, and creating a marketing engine to ensure the startup's success.
