Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Home Health
Location: West Valley, AZ – Surprise, Peoria, Goodyear, El Mirage, Sun City, Glendale & surrounding communities
Schedule: Per Diem (PRN), Part-Time, or Full-Time
Compensation - 18-25 per hour!

As a trusted Home Health provider, we help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Our CHHAs play an essential role in delivering compassionate Senior Care , supporting Community Health , and improving patients' quality of life.

As a Home Health Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) , you will:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence
- Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and light rehabilitation support as directed by the clinical team
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
- Educate caregivers on safe care techniques
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies to ensure quality patient care
- Active Arizona Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
- Home Health, hospice, caregiver, or senior care experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
