We are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to take the reins of the location. This is a search for a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, champion top-notch front-of-house hospitality, and cultivate a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the Business: Take full ownership of the restaurant’s financial performance, managing the P&L, food costs, labor, and overall operational efficiency.
• Lead with Hospitality: Set the standard for front-of-house energy and guest engagement, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
• Build Great Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of high-performing shift leaders and team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold strict food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of current Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume, top-tier fast-casual or quick-service brand.
• Financial Acumen: Proven track record of managing a high-volume location with a strong understanding of P&L management.
• Operational Focus: A leader who loves being on the floor, coaching the team in real-time, and focusing heavily on front-of-house execution.
• Leadership Style: High energy, collaborative, and passionate about developing internal talent.
