Position: Registered Nurse

Location: SCARS and Appearance Surgical Center of Newport Beach

What You'll Do: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to our nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Assisting in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Overseeing the coordination of Surgery Scheduling
Manage a team of Surgery Center Professionals
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Pre-op, PACU and circulating OR nurse

Qualifications:

Current RN license in CA
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
