Job Details Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shifts Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650 Setting: High-volume emergency department / emergency room Location: Lone Tree, Colorado Start Date: 09/28/2026 Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of current acute care emergency department hospital experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current NIH Stroke Scale certification Current PALS certification Current TNCC certification ENPC certification Strong communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills Preferred: experience in a high-volume ED and familiarity with Meditech Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to emergency department patients across a wide range of acuity levels Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and respond effectively in urgent and emergent situations Support behavioral health, psych, and at-risk patient care with a strong focus on safety and monitoring Assist with procedural sedation and other common ED interventions as needed Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, EMTs, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow Educate and communicate with patients and families in a clear, supportive, and professional manner Maintain a proactive approach to anticipating patient and unit needs throughout the shift Apply now to join this Colorado travel nursing opportunity in a high-volume emergency department in Lone Tree, CO.
