Bowling AttendantThe Bowling Attendant is responsible for assisting guests, handling transactions, operating lane assignments, distributing bowling shoes, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. This role involves interacting with patrons, maintaining equipment, and supporting the overall operations of the bowling alley.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at management's discretion:Greet guests warmly, assist with lane assignments, and provide guidance on bowling equipment and techniques.Operate the POS system to process payments for lane rentals, shoes rentals and other purchases.Operate and monitor lane assignments to ensure proper functionality and a seamless experience for customers.Distribute and collect bowling shoes, sanitize equipment, and ensure all items are in good condition.Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.Maintain a clean and safe environment, including regular sanitization of lanes, seating areas, and restrooms.Assist with setting up and managing events, leagues, and parties to ensure a seamless experience for participants.Other duties as assigned.There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.Education and/or Experience RequirementsMeets IMGR&C Values that are reflected in the letters A-P-A-C-H-E, Accountability, Productivity, Acceptance, Communication, Hospitality, and Enthusiasm. Must be able to use hand held communications devices. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
