Ensure all meetings and events within the New York building and the New York area align with the expectations of Invesco’s client experience initiatives and manage the “client experience initiative” for the team. Lead and manage a blended team of internal and third‑party staff, driving performance, accountability, role clarity, and team development. Oversee enterprise event management, including select high‑visibility North America events, ensuring quality while delegating execution across the team. Drive Client Experience strategy by setting goals, metrics, and accountability to deliver measurable improvements across planning, execution, and post‑event evaluation.
