• 24-hour in-house shifts -- 2 consecutive days max, then 24-hour rest
• 4 shifts per month
• Census of 7 patients
• Level II nursery setting
• Accepts babies down to 30 weeks gestation
• No well-baby coverage -- Level II only
• Hospital privileges required
• Board certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
