What You’ll Do As a BCBA, you will: Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct parent training and caregiver support Complete clinical supervision and case oversight Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes What We’re Looking For ✔ BCBA certification in good standing ✔ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field ✔ Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred ✔ Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ✔ Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care Clinic Details Brand-new Rockville clinic (Darnestown Road area) Start Date: ASAP If you’re looking for a BCBA opportunity that offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the chance to help build a new clinic from the ground up, we’d love to connect.
