Responsibilities for Front Desk Coordinator

• Customer service for future and current parents/students
• Answer phone calls and reply emails
• Receive payments, issue receipts and keep record
• Update and organize registration forms and other documents

Qualifications for Front Desk Coordinator

• Mandarin and English Bilingual required, Cantonese will be helpful
• Able to Read, Type & Speak Chinese fluently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Amazing interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Detail-oriented, organized and attentive
• Word, Excel, Powerpoint Skills (or Google Suite equivalent)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Job Types: Part-time, roughly 24-30 hours per week

Schedule requirement:

During initial Training period, candidate needs to be available to work Saturday & Sunday for Training purpose.

After Training, candidate needs to be able to work Wednesday 2-6pm, Friday 2-8pm & Saturday 9:30-6:00pm among the total hours will be working.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience & qualification)

Shift: 8-hour shift, 4-hour shift
