Position Type Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule Wage Range $19.69 - $24.01 / hour based on experience Shifts Available Days (Every Other Weekend or Every Other Fri, Sat, Sun) 7:00 AM -3:30 PM Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Location 400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423 Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs. Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Document care provided in a computerized charting system. Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being. Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care. Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required! Med Passing strongly preferred! Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion. Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Must be at least 18 years old.
