We're searching for a motivated, caring, and team-driven Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who's ready to jump in, make a difference, and have fun while doing it. At Ruby Healthcare , we believe rehab should be both effective and uplifting-for our patients and our therapists.

We're searching for a motivated, caring, and team-driven Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who's ready to jump in, make a difference, and have fun while doing it. At Ruby Healthcare , we believe rehab should be both effective and uplifting-for our patients and our therapists.

- Carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT
- Help residents regain strength, balance, and independence
- Document progress with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work alongside PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and caregivers
- Educate and motivate residents with compassion and creativity
- Keep the rehab gym a fun, engaging, and safe space
- Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active PTA license in Texas
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- A love for senior care (or an interest in discovering it!)
- SNF experience is a bonus, but not required-we're happy to train
