Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Neurology to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in providing care for post-surgical neurology patients and managing various neurology diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between multiple units as required.
• Provide exemplary nursing care to patients with neurology-related conditions.
• Assess patient conditions using the NIH Stroke Scale and implement nursing interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.

Work Schedule:

• Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
• Weekends: Required every other weekend.

Patient Ratios:

Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in Neurology nursing.
• Ability to navigate patient care with confidence and expertise in telemetry settings.
