Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and amendments, ensuring their needs are consistently met.

Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in the agencys system.

Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to agency processes.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to support their insurance needs and encourage long-term loyalty.

Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, agency products, and services to ensure accurate information is relayed to clients.

Support Team: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Experience: Preferably a candidate that has or currently works in an insurance agency.

Professional License: Active New York Property and Casualty license, or Personal Lines only License preferred, but candidates with prior agency experience who are willing to obtain or renew their license will be considered.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focused: Strong desire to assist and support clients, ensuring satisfaction.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide thoughtful, comprehensive solutions.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing environments, especially in a hybrid work setting.
