Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Role Overview Provides critical nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department, implementing real-time patient care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring complex patient conditions, and managing discharge and follow-up strategies to support patient recovery. Key Responsibilities Drive life-saving interventions and adapt care plans accordingly. Coordinate seamless transitions of care with physicians, specialists, and technicians. Monitor and communicate critical patient status changes promptly. Orchestrate discharge and follow-up plans to ensure patient and family support. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing. CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS within 6 months if applicable. Diploma or higher from an accredited nursing program.
