How you'll contribute * Perform restorative nursing interventions to support patients in reaching maximum functional potential. * Report patient responses and condition changes to the supervising nurse or therapist. * Participate in quality management and safety committee activities. * Assist in collecting quality review data and survey preparation. * Support cost-effective care delivery and interdisciplinary group activities. * Engage in continuing education and professional development. * Demonstrate professional behavior in interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. * Adhere to the standards of professional organizations and internal policies. * Contribute to client relations and marketing efforts. * Maintain clinical competency and participate in team meetings. * Support administrative and clinical efficiency initiatives. What we're looking for * Education: A High School diploma or GED required * Experience: Six months experience as a Rehab Tech or Restorative Nursing Aide in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred. * Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
