We are currently seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Weekend Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is required to work every Saturday and Sunday morning, so we are looking for candidates who can consistently commit to this schedule.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, completing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, handling reservations, responding to guest requests, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday morning .

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance are required.

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
·         Maintain accurate front desk cash drawers, room sales, and accurate folio transactions
·         Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
·         Issue room key and escort instructions
·         Transmit telephone messages
·         Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, local shopping, dining, and entertainment
·         Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
·         Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
·         Make and confirm reservations
·         Post charges such as room, sundry items, fax, copy or telephone
·         Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations, and arrange for tours
·         Deposit guests' valuables in safe deposit box
·         Answer telephone calls promptly and politely in accordance with hotel policies
·         Restock coffee station as needed
·         Restock work area - maintain neat and organized work area
·         Deliver supplies to guests as needed
