Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a School Psychologist in Tennessee
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education eligibility, assessment, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an inclusive educational environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to inform special education eligibility
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Offer guidance on strategies for academic and social-emotional growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Support the overall mental health and positive school climate within both assigned sites
