Customer Success Specialist

Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, is seeking a customer success specialist who is looking to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through timely and superior service throughout and after the warranty service year. In this role, you must have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research and promptly respond to homeowner inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online requests within twenty-four (24) hours. Collaborate with homeowners, Personal Builders, and Trade Partners to schedule and follow-up on services. Research and troubleshoot homeowner warranty issues and defects. Work directly with and act as a liaison between Assistant Personal Builders, Personal Builders, Production Managers, and Trade Partners throughout the build process, warrant process, and post warranty process. Attend Trade Partner Huddles and internal meetings in which all Customer Success Specialists are requested to attend. Participate in related administrative or other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have an associate degree and/or experience in residential construction or related field preferred. Additionally, candidates should have 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills both within groups and in individual interactions. A solutions-oriented mindset is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide consistent follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related business and communication tools are preferred. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
