• Latea employees are dedicated and hardworking individuals.
• Employees are responsible for preparing ingredients for our tea drinks, interacting with customers at the cash register, and upon completion of the training- handcrafting customer beverages.
• You will work closely with your supervisors to keep the store operating smoothly while maintaining our high standard of customer service.
• Your role includes making different add-ons and teas, fulfilling food orders, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing duties and tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• Employees are required to work a minimum of 12 hours per week including at least one weekend shift. Full times are required to work 38 hours per week. Possibility for advancement is available within 6 months.
