Print Operator
Location: Lynnfield, MA
Pay Rate: $19/hr (W2)
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Duration: 3 Months (Temp-to-Perm)
Job Summary: The Print Operator will operate and monitor a high-volume client printing fleet to produce time-sensitive financial, healthcare, transportation, and transactional documents while meeting strict client SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage multiple client printers (Nuvera, Versant, Baltoro Inkjet, Trivor).
- Print transaction statements during peak cycles (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
- Partner with scheduling and operations teams to meet production deadlines and SLAs.
- Perform preventive maintenance, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues to leads or managers.
- Follow SOPs, complete documentation, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Work independently with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
