Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT)

Banfield Pet Hospital is hiring full-time and part-time CVTs for the following hospital locations.

• Bellingham Hospital: 213 Hartford Ave, Bellingham, MA 02019

• Medfield Hospital: 51 Peter Kristof Way, Medfield, MA 02052

• Holliston Hospital: 13 Exchange St, Holliston, MA 01746

• Braintree Hosptial: 250 Grossman Dr, Braintree, MA 02184

• Braintree South Shore Hosptial: 30 Forbes Rd, Ste B, Braintree, MA 02184

• Westwood Hospital: 271 University Ave, Westwood, MA 02090

• Westwood High Street Hosptial: 1451 High St, Westwood, MA 02090

The pay range for this role is $24.22 - $34.98/hour.

The pay range listed reflects a general hiring range for the area and the first level of this job, with the specific rate determined based on the candidate’s experience, skill level, abilities, education, and may vary depending on location or minimum wage laws

Role responsibilities

• Provide furry, feathered, and scaled pets with the best possible care, especially preventive care
• Build close relationships with pets and the humans who love them
• Upon approval from supervising veterinarian, perform veterinary technician appointments. All appointments must be under the direction and supervision of veterinarian and in compliance with state law.
• Work closely with teammates and cultivate a positive, dynamic work culture
• Impact the future of veterinary medicine with your own expertise and ways of practicing medicine

Requirements

Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) based on state requirements.
