Human Resources Director

We are looking for an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead people strategy for a growing healthcare services organization in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. This role partners closely with senior leaders to strengthen organizational performance, support expansion, and elevate the employee experience across a multi-site environment. The position combines strategic influence with day-to-day leadership across core HR functions, offering broad scope and strong visibility with executive stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Act as a strategic advisor to executive and operational leaders, translating business priorities into practical people initiatives.• Provide leadership and direction to HR team members, including business partnership and talent acquisition functions, to ensure high-quality support across the organization.• Shape workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness efforts that improve team performance and support continued growth.• Oversee complex employee relations matters and offer guidance grounded in sound judgment and employment law awareness.• Develop and refine compensation approaches, including salary structures, incentive programs, bonus plans, and market-aligned pay practices.• Support benefits planning and administration, including programs within self-funded healthcare settings, to maintain competitive and compliant offerings.• Drive succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and broader talent strategies that build long-term organizational capability.• Establish and enhance HR policies, programs, and operating practices while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.• Contribute to acquisition-related activities by assessing HR risks, supporting due diligence, and helping execute integration plans for newly added businesses.
