Press Brake Set-Up/Operator

Top Workplace looking for a focused, dedicated Brake Press operator to join our team! Flexible hours, great people to work with and leading benefits! All shifts available ($2/hour premium for 2nd or 3rd shift) Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience Position will be Responsible For: Set-up/ operate sheet metal brake press equipment (up to 300 Ton) for a variety of new, repeat or prototype parts Making program edits / adjust the machine as needed Complete all inspection, quality processes as needed per part Maintaining production rate/speed consistently across wide variety of work Requirements At least 6 months manufacturing/machine operation experience required, some prior experience operating brake press equipment preferred but not necessarily required Mechanically inclined and strong problem solving skills Experience with basic hand measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers) preferred but not necessarily required Comfortable with an an environment with some repetitive production work Able to lift raw material or finished goods up to 35 pounds, handle regular repetitive movements required in operations or material/part handling Able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed Benefits Strong Company Values: Serve Others, Be Committed, Accept Challenges Flexible hours and environment High-trust Environment Open book Management Respect, & Servant Leadership 100% matching 401K up to 5% Generous HSA Match Semi-Annual & Monthly Bonus Programs for all employees Full medical, dental, vision insurance (Anthem) & broad network coverage Life, ID Theft, & Accident Insurance Generous vacation up to 5 weeks!
