What You'll Do Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer outreach initiatives. Represent client brands with professionalism while creating engaging customer experiences. Build meaningful relationships with customers by educating them about products, services, and promotional offerings. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, breakdown, inventory, and on‑site operations. Work alongside marketing and sales professionals to ensure campaigns are executed successfully. Assist with customer interactions, event registration, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to keep projects organized and on schedule. Gather customer feedback and campaign data to help measure performance and improve future marketing strategies. Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and customer satisfaction throughout every event. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus. Passionate about marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or business development. Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Positive, self‑motivated, and eager to develop professionally. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills through ongoing training. No prior experience is necessary.
